Serve Robotics has entered an agreement to acquire Diligent Robotics, the creator of the Moxi robot. Moxi is already used in over 25 hospitals, performing non-patient-facing tasks like delivering meds and lab samples. This merger aims to scale “Physical AI,” allowing nurses to spend 30% more time on direct patient care.
